Topics to be reported on include ERCPOA's financial status, capital improvement projects, Architecture and Social Committees' activities and plans, and an update on the former Rock Creek Swim and Tennis Club.

Call for Board Members for 2012 - Here's your chance to serve ERCPOA. All talents will be appreciated but the Board for 2012 can especially use members with experience or interest in financial matters and/or website development and maintenance.

We look forward to your participation at the meeting.
