  • Pet Owners  We've heard a number of complaints concerning pets, dogs in particular.  Please be sure to clean up after your dog and dispose of droppings properly.
  • Landscaping Update There have been several landscaping projects in the works over the last several months in an effort to continue to enhance the beauty of Eastern Rock Creek. These include:
A new planting bed featuring Leyland Cypress, Loropetalum, and Wax Myrtle was installed on Clubhouse Drive as you enter the patio home section.
Another planting bed where Clubhouse Drive dead ends into Honours using transplanted Knock Out roses and a Chaste Tree along with the existing Lantana.
Color beds continue to be refreshed with seasonal plantings. In the fall new color plantings will be installed.
The green space on Clubhouse Drive in front of Savannah Square has been cleared, irrigation has been installed, straw has been placed in the projected planting beds and Bermuda grass has been seeded. We are in the process of long-range planning for landscaping the beds in this area as well as other locations.
  • The CCR’S require utilities connected to your home to be screened with lattice, brick or plantings.
  • Owners have the responsibility of ensuring that renters conform with the CC&Rs.

Frequently asked Questions

How do I report street lights that are out of service?

Email the City of Fairhope. Be sure to give street address nearest the out of service street light.

How can I learn Eastern Rock Creek's rules and regulations.

See the CC&Rs page.

Why doesn't the Board send a Notice of Violation to my neighbor who parks his vehicle on the street overnight?

The Board does not patrol Eastern Rock Creek looking for violations of the CC&Rs. We investigate complaints made by Property Owners and issue Warning/Violation Letters as appropriate. If you see a chronic violation, notify the Board via the Contact Form or via email.

What can we do about minors driving golf carts?

The driving of a golf cart by a minor is a violation of city law.  ERCPOA has no way of enforcing this law.  Incidents should be reported to the Fairhope Police Department (928-2136).

What are the physical boundaries of Eastern Rock Creek (Phase 5 thru 7)?

See the map.

Unleashed dogs frequent my yard, cause a nuisance and threaten my children when they play outside. Since the CC&Rs require pets to be leashed, to whom do I report these violations?

Report unleashed, menacing dogs to Animal Control at the City of Fairhope 928-2385.

Some friends, who travel in an RV, plan to visit us for an upcoming weekend. I know that the CC&Rs prohibit parking of an RV on the street and on my property. What can I do?

Submit a CC&R Relief Request to the Board. Temporary and reasonable requests for deviations from CC&Rs will be considered.

How much are the ERCPOA annual membership dues?

The annual membership dues are currently $550 and are due by January 31. Payments received after the due date are subject to a $50 late fee and a 1.5% monthly interest charge (18% annually) on the unpaid balance. Liens may be applied if not paid in full by April 30.

Are renters expected to abide by the CC&Rs?

Renters are expected to abide by the CC&Rs. However, the responsibility to conform with the CC&Rs resides with the owner.
